Q. Why do I get transferred to the Xtreme Footwear site when clicking on an image to purchase?.
A. Xtreme Footwear is the parent company for Love High Heels and processes all payments through their secure checkout.

Q. How long does delivery take?.
A. If we have your size/style in stock normally 2-3 days, if we need to order them in for you then approx 10-14 days. In some instances delivery could take up to 28 days but you will be notified about this.

Q. What if the Shoes don't fit or I don't like the style?.
A. A full refund will be processed when non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods are returned within seven days of delivery but please note the original delivery charge is NOT REFUNDED.

Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned for refund more than seven days after delivery will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total purchase price.

Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned more than seven days after delivery should be returned with their original packaging. In these circumstances, additional postage costs will be charged for replacement goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.

PLEASE NOTE that returning goods under the cooling-off period allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations is at your cost unless we have supplied alternative goods that you have not found acceptable. You should take care to ensure the goods are returned to us in a reasonable condition.

Q. How would my order be shipped?
A. All orders over 1KG in weight are sent by next day courier (Monday to Thursday) a Friday shipment would be delivered on a Monday (excludes bank holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm and will require a signature. Any smaller items under 1KG are sent by Royal mail Recorded Delivery.

Q. What can I do if I am out at work all day and not able to sign for the parcel?.
A. We can deliver to a works address but this MUST be specified at the time of order otherwise you will be subject to a Re-delivery fee of £15.00. Or we can leave with a neighbour but the parcel still requires a signature.

Q. What happens if I miss the delivery by courier?.
A. The courier will leave a card for you to call to arrange another delivery day or collect from that local depot. If you do not call the depot they will try and deliver the following day (Monday to Thursday) or the following Monday if first delivery on a Friday (excludes bank holidays). If you are not able to sign for the parcel on the second attempt it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be subject to a re-delivery fee.

Q. When do you take payment?
A. Payment is now processed once your order has been received by Xtreme Footwear.

A. You can order via the internet or by calling our office on 01527 501551. You can also order by post, paying by cheque or postal order payable to XTREME FOOTWEAR. Our address can be found on the contact us page.
