Terms and ConditionsIntroduction By accessing the information on the Love High Heels site you confirm that you understand, accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions do not access the Love High Heels site. All references to Love High Heels in this agreement shall include the www.lovehighheels.co.uk website. Contract Information Making a Purchase We recommend you send any cheques/postal orders or cash by recorded delivery as Xtreme Footwear cannot be held responsible for any loss. Once your payment has been accepted you will be sent an order confirmation via email with your unique order number for your own records. Note if you choose to pay by Cheque/Postal Orders or cash then remember to send off your order form and email confirmation with the payment. Please allow at least 7 days for your payment to be cleared if paying by personal cheque. If you have any problems whilst shopping on our website then just call our sales team on 01527 501551 or send them an email via the ‘contact us’ page. Delivery Xtreme Footwear will not be held responsible for any cost or liability incurred by you as a result of a specific item not being available at a specific time. We offer our customers a completely secure, discreet and confidential service. All orders will be mailed to you in a plain parcel either by Royal mail recorded delivery or courier to either a home/work or alternative address. All UK mainland orders over 1KG in weight are sent by next day courier (Monday to Thursday) a Friday shipment would be delivered on a Monday (excludes bank holidays) between 9am and 5.30pm and will require a signature. If you are unable to sign for the item the courier will leave a card for you to call to arrange another delivery day or collect from that local depot. If you do not call the depot they will try and deliver the following day (Monday to Thursday) or the following Monday if first delivery was on a Friday (excludes bank holidays). If you are not able to sign for the parcel on the second attempt it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be subject to a re-delivery fee. All UK mainland orders under 1KG in weight are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery and again will require a signature. If you are unable to sign for the parcel a card will be left for you to collect from the local sorting office. If this parcel is not collected within 7 days it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be subject to a re-delivery fee. Postage & Packaging Costs (UK Only) Postage & Packaging Costs (International) Customs & Import Duties Returns Policy Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned for refund more than seven days after delivery will be subject to an administration fee of 10% of the total purchase price. Non-faulty or otherwise satisfactory goods returned more than seven days after delivery should be returned with their original packaging. In these circumstances, additional postage costs will be charged for replacement goods. You must also take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. PLEASE NOTE that returning goods under the cooling-off period allowed by the Distance Selling Regulations is at your cost unless we have supplied alternative goods that you have not found acceptable. You should take care to ensure the goods are returned to us in a reasonable condition. Xtreme Footwear will not accept responsibility for loss of any product being returned by the customer, therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as you are then guaranteed a signature. If you do not choose to use recorded delivery then it is imperative that you obtain a free certificate of postage which should be kept in a safe place as this will be required if any return parcels go astray. Return Address FAO Returns Department Love High Heels c/o Xtreme Footwear PLEASE NOTE for returns outside the UK mainland the package must be clearly marked with the following statement “RETURNED GOODS RELIEF CLAIMED”. If the package does not clearly state this then Xtreme Footwear may not be able to accept delivery of the return package and therefore unable to issue a refund.
